National Geographic Channel is excited to announce award-winning crime novelist and supermodel Tara Moss as the host of National Geographic Presents throughout February and March, 2005.

Each week, Tara will present some of the most engaging and informative documentaries offered by National Geographic Channel, including a diverse programming line-up reflective of her interests in crime, forensics and espionage.

Tara Moss's crime fiction has appeared on best seller lists in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. Her writing research has included interviewing world experts on criminal psychology and investigation, hanging out in morgues and squad cars, shooting pistols, getting polygraph tested, fingerprinted, given an MRI brain scan, conducting surveillance with a private eye, practicing on the Firearms Training Simulator with the LAPD, touring the Quantico FBI Academy and headquarters, working with the LAPD and Police Academy and more.

"The FBI, terror, spycatchers, Interpol....these subjects have fascinated me in my writing research for years and now I am excited to present this nine part series on National Geographic Presents. Kung fu, murder, plastic surgery, body modification....No subject is taboo," said Tara.
